Sunday

OFR’s own  Andy Harris continues his weekly series covering the Atlanta Braves farm system. Mississippi Braves RHP Touki Toussaint was named OFR Pitcher of the Week, while Rome Braves 2B Derian Cruz was named OFR Player of the Week. Andy also answers mailbag questions about Kolby Allard, William Contreras, and Drew Waters (as well as many others).

Tommy Poe over at Walk-Off Walk takes a stroll down memory lane by looking at the best Atlanta Braves players with last names beginning with the letter G.

On the Knockahoma Nation podcast, Ryan Cothran of Walk-Off Walk joins Ken Hendrix and Josh Brown to talk about Josh’s man-crush on Nick Markakis. Later, actor and Atlanta Braves fan Kevin Johnson from the Netflix hit Ozark joins the guys.

Matt Powers of Talking Chop joins Joel Walker and Joel Bronson on the High and Tight Podcast to talk about the Braves draft.

Monday

Grant McAuley of 92.9 The Game and Around The Big Leagues looks at the poor production the Atlanta Braves have had from the leadoff position. He takes a look at some alternatives to Ender Inciarte and Ozzie Albies at leadoff, including Johan Camrago and Nick Markakis (I have pushed for Markakis at leadoff several times).

Kiley McDaniel (formerly of the Atlanta Braves front office) and Eric Longenhagen of FanGraphs update their Top 131 Prospects List. Their list featured 14 Braves prospects, including Kyle Wright, Cristian Pache, and Ian Anderson, as well as current major leaguers Mike Soroka and Luiz Gohara.

On the The Talking Chop Podcast, Scott Coleman and company talk about the playoff odds for the Atlanta Braves, wonder what’s up with Ozzie Albies, and discuss the injury to Austin Riley and the team’s limited flexibility to improve at third base.

Tuesday
